Celebrating my 200th with Medi-Dyne

On Monday February 23rd I posted my 200th blog post. What can I say except thank you to everyone who has ever read my blog and an even bigger thank you to the people that comment on it. I have got to know so many wonderful people, and in turn I am able to follow so many of your blogs as well. I have alsobeen able to connect with many races and different brands. So with this blog I am happy to announce that I am now a brand ambassador for Medi-Dyne.

With a week until the race I was chaffing severely and my normal Vaseline just wasn’t doing the job. I happened to stumble onto a product review on a fellow runner’s page.
